Lovey hotel but breakfast was not great.
Great location, hotel was very clean and staff were pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast was not great so next time I will book just accommodation. One evening we returned to the hotel at about 9pm to have a drink but the was no bar available. It was closed

What would you highlight about Acta Atrium Palace
Within a stone's throw of the city
The room was great, with a modern feel and spacious balcony. We enjoyed the coffee machine especially, it was much better than a standard kettle! The location and staff were lovely also. It's very close to the shopping district, cute cafés and hip bars. We always had something to do or find in the evenings close to the hotel. Both the reception and restaurant staff were also great as mentioned. Our queries were always answered with professionalism and enthusiasm. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely consider staying at the Atrium again in the future!
The facilities in the room are visibly older, although still function fine. It would also be great to upgrade to a heavier air conditioning system in the room as the large windows make the room warm up faster than the current system can cool it.

good location.
the room showed signs of being tired. the TV remote didn't work properly. you could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and nearby rooms.

Love staying here and will stay here again!
Location was excellent…staff went above and beyond…breakfast was phenomenal…room was beautiful - top floor with a large terrace overlooking Gran Via de les Catalans… However - the A/C does NOT work very well… but luckily, I talk6to the front desk staff and they brought me a fan which completely resolved the problem… to be fair … It was a huge heatwave at the time… A special call out to Caterina at the front desk, Jay and and Jaid in the restaurant/breakfast area for excellent customer service skills
Air conditioning system in rooms needs to be revamped… Also – the common areas of the stairwells and the corridors on the floors are not air-conditioned so it’s very uncomfortable in the summer
